Ambiance & Experience
From the moment guests arrived, the dining was all set to transport everyone to the flavor of Persian paradise. The chef greeted and met all the guests who were eager to know more about the flavor hidden in the dishes and explained each of her dishes that was ready to be served at the buffet. Traditional Arabian music played at Nylgiri restaurant of the hotel was just perfect to fill the air, adding a sense of authenticity. Attendees were warmly greeted with complimentary drinks, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.
The Exquisite Menu
Chef Mona Poordaryaeinezhad curated a menu that beautifully highlighted Persian flavor, featuring a blend of time-honored recipes and contemporary twists. Each dish was a masterpiece, carefully crafted to showcase the depth and complexity of Persian flavors. The lavish buffet served at the hotel's Nook and Nylgiri restaurant had something for everyone. Whether you are a vegetarian or a non vegetarian the Chef was very thoughtful with her menu.
Live snacks and soup
The evening began with four varieties of Live snacks and two varieties of soup each served with a hint of Persian flavor. For soup Chef choose “Soup-e-Jao” for people who prefer vegetables and mushrooms in their soup and “Soup-e-Morgh” for the non-vegetarians. And for the live snacks there was warmly served with veg shahi paneer kabab, chicken, lamb and falafel abadoan with two dipping sauce “Tahini mayo” specially for Falafel and “mint chutney” for the rest of the snacks.
Main Course
The highlight of the evening was the lavish buffet served with stunning dishes like Joojhe Kebab, Kobeda Kebaba Shah Mego Dopyaza, Chelo Kebab, Ghormeh Sabzi, Zereshk Polo ba Morgh, Baghali Polo ba Mahicheh and for the Vegetarian Delights there was Kuku Sabzi, Dal Adasi and Fasanjan paneer. The buffet was served with Fesenjan a rich stew made with pomegranate molasses, walnuts, and chicken and Bagli Polo persian Fava bean rice with a tomato-infused flavor which reminded the guests of the Iranian flavor with every bite.
The guests were also served with special Shirazi Salad - A refreshing mix of diced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and lemon dressing and Olivier Salad – Persian-style potato and chicken salad.
Dessert
For dessert, guests were treated with Baklava, a special dessert finely mixed with nuts and walnuts. Accompanied by Sholeh Zard, Saffron-infused rice pudding with rose water, red velvet, strawberry eclairs and fruit tarts where the dessert course was a luxurious end to the meal.
