1. Boudhanath Stupa
A trip to Boudhanath Stupa, Nepal’s biggest stupa, would make your New Year celebration even more special. This world heritage site lies 2 kms to the north of Pashupatinath Temple. Boudha Stupa is regarded as Nepal’s cultural hub for Tibetans and so, here you can experience their culture. Foreigners and SAARC citizens must pay entrance fees of INR 156 and INR 31 respectively. The Tibetan community gathers to dance and have fun on the site’s edges during the New Year, breathing a new life into the stupa.

As one of the top spots to visit during the New Year’s celebrations, visitors will discover a lively nightlife. 4. Kathmandu Fun Park
