Kathmandu, September 2025 – Food lovers in Kathmandu are in for a treat as Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu hosts the Kolkata Food Festival from September 4–9, 2025, at its signature restaurant, Noon – Essence of All Food.

The festival will feature a specially curated menu by Chef Subhajit Bhuinya from Hyatt Regency Kolkata, renowned for his mastery of authentic Bengali cuisine. Known for blending tradition with rich culinary storytelling, Chef Subhajit promises a dining experience that transports guests straight to the bustling streets and flavors of Kolkata.
