Honey hunting comprises harvesting honey from large beehives nestled in cliffs 200-500 metres high using traditionally braided rope. Mad honey hunting takes place in rural Nepal including Rukum, Lamjung, Kaski, Myagdi, and Jumla. No vacation to Nepal would be complete without some adventure, and it’s no surprise that one of the world’s greatest rivers begins here fed by the mighty Himalayan glaciers.
