Cajun Chicken Cobb Salad
The chicken had just the right amount of spice and was cooked perfectly—tender and full of flavor. The boiled eggs were a great addition, adding a comforting touch that balanced the dish really well. Everything came together with the fresh greens and toppings to make it feel hearty and satisfying without being too heavy. It’s the kind of salad that actually leaves you feeling healthy!
Avocado Toast
The avocado was smooth and creamy, while the buttery toast underneath was warm and crispy; each bite was satisfying. It is a simple dish, but when it's done right-like this one-it feels comforting and delicious.
Pav Bhaji
The fact that it had originated from the vivid streets of India makes this an even greater taste. Pav Bhaji made its way here while preserving its rich and full of those comforting homely flavors, the bhaji was well spiced. It was great once the pav was buttered, adding a little tangy chutney-just about correct to be reminiscent of Indian street food. This dish brings a bit of India onto your plate.
Grilled Chicken Breast
It was grilled just right, so that it was very tender inside but had a lot of flavor from the outside with the grilling. Not over-seasoned, which gave the natural taste a chance to really shine through. Light but satisfying; sometimes a well-cooked piece of chicken is all one needs to be full, and this got the job done.
Rara Gosht (Gluten Free)
The Rara Gosht had tender meat, cooked with such nice and aromatic gravy, full of depth. Spices were very well balanced in it, which created a warm, comfortable feel, but did not overpower at any instance. Naan was soft, buttery-just perfect for soaking every bit of that flavorful sauce.
