Kathmandu, 15th November 2024 – Dusit Princess Kathmandu welcomed the festive season with its annual Cake Mixing Ceremony at the scenic Kibu Sky Lounge. The event brought together an array of prominent figures, including Ms. Suphajee Suthumpun, Group CEO of Dusit International; H.E. Mr. Suwapong Sirisorn, Thai Ambassador to Nepal, accompained his wife; Mrs. Jane Thompson, wife of the U.S. Ambassador to Nepal; and Ms. Madhusha Gunasekara, Attaché of Sri Lanka to Nepal.
Adding to the occasion's grandeur were guests from embassies, corporate and leisure sectors, media representatives, and members of the Dusit family, all joining hands in the age-old tradition of cake mixing.

The ceremony featured live music, a delightful lunch, and the festive activity of blending an assortment of dry fruits, nuts, and spices soaked in fragrant spirits, crafting the foundation for the season’s festive cakes.
