World Vision International has aided medical supplies worth up to Rs 16 million for the prevention of COVID in Sudurpaschim Province.

World Vision International has aided medical supplies worth up to Rs 16 million for the prevention and control of coronavirus in Sudurpaschim Province
 
The organization has provided 440 oxygen cylinder, 10 oxygen concentrators, 380 infrared thermometer, 380 pulse oximeter, 45 PPE sets, 25 hospital beds, masks, sanitizers and other emergency medical supplies to the five most affected districts, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Achham, Bajhang and Doti. 
 
World Vision’s COVID-19 Response Manager and Field Operation Manager Chetraj Bhattarai informed that the organization distributed 85 oxygen cylinders in Kailali and 70 cylinders each in Achham, Bajhang and Doti along with other medical appliances. 
 
The medical support would be brought into use in the COVID hospitals operational in different local levels of Sudurpaschim Province, he shared.
