Ward Chairman of Dasharathchanda Municipality-1 Bhuwan Raj Bhat informed that it has been decided to allow evacuation only on the recommendation of the ward office. He said, "We have made the recommendation of the ward mandatory for urgent work to reduce congestion and reduce risk."
