Kathmandu, June 21, 2025 — In honor of International Yoga Day, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu reaffirmed its dedication to holistic wellbeing by organizing a special Pilates and Breakfast event in partnership with Reform Body. Hosted in the serene setting of the Regency Ballroom, the event brought together over 40 wellness enthusiasts for a revitalizing morning of movement, mindfulness, and community connection.

The paid event began with a one-hour, full-body Pilates session guided by certified instructors from Reform Body, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and balance. Following the workout, participants enjoyed a wholesome buffet breakfast at Sesame, the hotel’s signature dining venue known for its nourishing offerings.
This initiative is part of Hyatt’s global focus on wellbeing, highlighting values such as self-care, joy, and community.
