Kathmandu Metropolitan City has organized a cultural program at Vatsaleshwari Dabali in the Pashupati area on the occasion of 28th Metropolis Day.
A cultural dance was also presented along with various musical instruments at the Vatsaleshwari Dabali of the Pashupati Temple complex under the Municipal Corporation-8. At the event, Sandhya Library, Creative Youth Club, and other clubs presented dances with instruments. On this occasion, a cultural glimpse was shown which has been performed in various festivals in the Pashupati region since ancient times.
On that occasion, a certificate of honor was also presented to the chief of Dev Khal. Metropolis Day is being celebrated on the 29th of Mangsir. On this occasion, the Metropolitan Corporation is conducting various programs.

The dance along with the musical instruments presented in the cultural program has its own importance.
