The stone brought from Kaligandaki to Ayodhya was finished with its worship ritual
Magh 1, marks the conclusion of the ritual worship of the Kaligandaki River stone, which is transported to the Hindu holy city of Ayodhya in India. Two stones that will be used as idols in the Ram Temple that will be constructed in Ayodhya, India, are worshiped.
Local workers representing Vishwa Hindu Parishad Included Pralhad Kumar, Mahanth of Janaki Temple, Shri Ram Tapeshwar Das Baishnav, Chief of Gandaki Province Prithvi Gurung, Bivartaman Chief Minister Krishna Chandra Pokharel, and Senior Leader of Nepali Congress Bimalendra Nidhi. Jitendra Kumar Singh, General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Nepal was also present.
From the Kaligandaki River, two sacred stones measuring seven feet long and five feet wide were found. It was suggested that two stones be given in order to improve the cultural ties between Janakpurdham and Ayodhya and to support the development of Nepal’s Culture Tourism Industry.
“The stone will be moved from Shaligram Beni to Pokhara, then from Hetauda to Janakpurdham, and finally to Ayodhya,” said Shri Jitendra Kumar Singh, General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
“The Ayodhya center of attraction will be a milestone in promoting tourism between Ayodhya, Jankapur, and Muktinath by taking the stone to make the idol of Ram,” he added.
