According to minister Shrestha, the skies over Nepal are secure, and the ICAO will soon be taken off from the blacklist.

As per the Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Minister Jeevan Ram Shrestha, Nepalese skies are safe for air flights.

In a program held on Wednesday to celebrate International Civil Aviation day, it was mentioned that the civil aviation authority is responsibly addressing issues relating to aviation safety and that Nepal’s air flights have been taken off the ICAO blacklist.

In light of Nepal’s policy and the work done by the authority on air safety, it is stated that the government has clarified its position on air safety policy and that ICAO will soon be removed from the blacklist.
The Nepal Airlines Corporations’ management has failed to build the necessary capacity. People are deprived of services and experience various hardships as a result of Airline Corporation’s inept leadership, despite the government’s significant investment in the company.

“There is no need for international bodies to raise questions about air safety. The authority is working to make security more organized", said Minister Jeevan Ram Shrestha._Rss
