Nepal receives additional doses of Vero Cell under COVAX

One million twenty thousand doses of China-manufactured COVID-19 vaccines provided to Nepal under the COVAX facility arrived today

Additional doses of Vero Cell vaccines arrived here from China. According to the Department of Health Services, one million twenty thousand doses of China-manufactured COVID-19 vaccines provided to Nepal under the COVAX facility arrived today.

Department's Director-General Dr. Deependra Raman Singh said the vaccines have been stored in the Teku-based cold room. Prior to this, on Monday, Nepal received 100,620 doses of Pfizer vaccines under the COVAX facility from the United States of America.
