As part of the fifteen-day Madhyamik Parikrama, the Holi festival started this morning in Kanchanavan-9 of Bhangaha Municipality

The Holi festival has officially started in Mithilanchal today. As part of the fifteen-day Madhyamik Parikrama, the Holi festival started this morning in Kanchanavan-9 of Bhangaha Municipality by playing Holi with colors on the idols of Lord Ramchandra and Mother Sita.

Thousands of sadhusants, mahatmas, and local people who participated in the procession started the Holi festival by exchanging colors with each other.

Along with this, the use of Rang Abeer has also started in the villages and households of Mithilanchal today. Thus, with the arrival of Holi, like every year, this year too, from this evening, in the villages of Mithilanchal, Holi songs will be danced, sung, laughed at, satirical poems, and jokes sung, shown, and presented.

There is a popular belief that when Lord Ramchandra and Mata Jana went into exile when the Holi festival was celebrated in Mahottari's Kanchanban, the soil of that place turned red and the water of the river flowing through that place also turned red.

Sadhusant Mahatma and Grihastha Parivar Bhagwan of Mithilanchal perform a 15-day circumambulation to remember the day they left for exile. During the circumambulation, all the circumambulation celebrated the Holi festival this morning.

The dola of Lord Ramchandra and Mata Janaki and Parikrama pilgrims gathered for Parikrama at Hanumangarhi in Dhanusha last Monday and the Parikrama Yatra which started from Kalaneshwar in India on Tuesday will end in Janakpur on 15 days._Rss
