After the operation of buses in the villages of the Himalayan region, the long and short-distance travel of the locals has become easier.
Since the roads have been constructed in villages other than Langtang in the district, the journey from the district to the Kathmandu, capital has become easier after the bus business started providing regular services.
After the bus services, it has become easier to travel regularly, as well as ambulance service, food transportation, transportation of machinery needed for development construction, etc.
Regular bus services are being operated in Timure, Thuman, Tatopani, Thambuchet, Gatlang, Hakubensi, Dadangaon, Boligaon, Manigaon, Karmidanda, Jeevjeewe, Ambawas, Bhorle, Yarsa Sarmathali, Patikhark in the southern region.
The ancestors used to travel on foot on the goreto and horse-drawn paths of Bhanjyang Chautari, but now that the road network has expanded and they have started travelling by bus, it is said that daily life has become easier.
"Dandagaon, Boligaon, Aam Bhanjyang, Dhaivung-Ghumtibazar, Hakubensi, Tatopani, Dhunche in the northern region are the places to visit," Ram Sharan Gajurel, District President of the Hoteliers' Association informed.
