Kumar Raut, manager of The Last Resort Adventure Pvt.

The 160-meter bungee jump, which has been in operation since 2056 BS, is considered to be the best in terms of adventure. Before the ban was imposed in the country, up to 100 people including locals and foreigners used to come here daily, but now it has come into operation, so tourists are expected to come gradually, said Manager Raut.

It is said that the youths will be more attracted for bungee and the participants in the police officer training will also be included. The fee for bungee is Rs 6,000 for locals and Rs 9,200 for foreigners. Along with bungee, exciting swing has also come into operation.

The number of foreign and domestic tourists is likely to increase as the major trade hotspot with China continues to operate through the Indian pilgrimage route to Mansarovar in Tibet.

When Arani, a nationally renowned architect of Nepal, visited China in the 13th century, he lived in Tyangthali in Bhotekoshi Gaonpalika-5, which is above Bunje. He was named Tyangthali after settling in the Tamang-dominated village. According to the locals, Tyangthali in the Tamang language means Chota and falls on Bhotekoshi.

Raut said that he was also the manager of Arani's guest house who was conducting private research on the geographical and tourist potential of the historical place where Arani lived.
