The government has reduced the price of air-fuel and airfare has also been reduced. The Airline Operators Association has reduced the airfares along with the reduction of fuel price by Rs.20 per liter by the Oil Corporation.
According to the union, the flight from Kathmandu to Dhangadhi has seen the highest fare reduction of Rs.885 and Rs 7,500 has been fixed for this destination. The maximum fare from Kathmandu to Dhangadhi has been fixed at Rs 16,140.
The fare for the Mountain flight from Kathmandu has been reduced by Rs 685 to a maximum of Rs 14,205. In Kathmandu-Simra, the fare has decreased by 180 rupees. Similarly, the fare has decreased by Rs 600 in Kathmandu-Bhadrapur, Rs 485 in Kathmandu-Viratnagar, Rs 260 in Kathmandu-Janakpur, Rs 215 in Kathmandu-Bharatpur and Rs 320 in Kathmandu-Pokhara._Rss
