As many as 25 coronavirus-infected patients got discharged from Rupandehi-based Bhim Hospital after recovery.
The hospital's medical superintendent Dr Nabin Darnal informed that among the discharged are 10 from Gaidahawa Rural Municipality, five each from Lumbini Cultural Municipality and Kapilvastu Municipality, one from Siddhartha Municipality, three from Nawalparasi and one Indian national.
State-5 Minster for Social Development Sudarshan Baral saw off discharged people with flowers and shawls. On the occasion, Minister Baral said one should panic with the infection of coronavirus but should adopt high-level alertness to combat the virus.
Earlier, four coronavirus infected who were undergoing treatment at Butwal-based Corona Special Hospital got discharged on Sunday after recovery.
