The seventh festival, which will help the mountain’s economy and tourism industry, begins today at the Kushma Bazar

For the development of the economic and tourism sector of the mountain, the seventh festival is starting today at the headquarters of Kushmabazar. The preparations for the festival, which will be held until Magh 21, have been completed.

The Gandaki state-level trade fair and seventh mountain festival has been inaugurated today by Health and Population Minister Padam Giri. He was elected as MP by Giri Parbat. Most of the 250 rooms at the festival have already been booked. It is estimated that there will be a turnover of more than five million rupees at the festival, according to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In the festival, the world's highest bungee jump, zip-flying, river rafting in Kaligandaki, Nepal's highest and longest suspension bridge, Kushma Balewa mechanical bridge, Gupteshwoir and Alpeshwar caves, Allo cloth, Lokta Nepali paper, an exhibition of orange juice, honey, herbs, ginger and lapsi dishes are the main highlights of the festival. The Gandaki province municipality-level volleyball is also organized in the festival.

"School-level folk dance, ratayuli, bhajan, Chelo, open race, archery competition, national food dishes, sale of local products and industrial exhibition, and educational, agricultural, and photo exhibitions will also be held. In addition, the presentation of national and local artists, and prizes for the best stalls have also been arranged," informed Thakurbi Poudel, the event coordinator._Rss
