PATA Nepal, in collaboration with leading tourism bodies, proudly announces the 5th Himalayan Travel Mart, to be held from 3rd to 5th June 2025 in Kathmandu. Marking the Chapter’s 50th anniversary and the 75th ascent of Mt. Annapurna, HTM 2025 will unite global tourism professionals for high-impact networking, conferences, and B2B opportunities.

The PATA Nepal Chapter, in partnership with the Nepal Tourism Board, Nepal Airlines, and a host of esteemed national and international tourism organisations, is delighted to announce the fifth edition of Nepal’s flagship international travel and tourism trade show—the Himalayan Travel Mart (HTM)—taking place from 3rd to 5th June 2025 at The Soaltee, Kathmandu.

This year’s HTM holds special significance as it aligns with the Golden Jubilee of the PATA Nepal Chapter, marking 50 years of significant contributions to Nepal’s tourism development and international engagement. Moreover, the opening day will commemorate the 75th anniversary of the first ascent of Mount Annapurna by the legendary French mountaineer Maurice Herzog, whose family will be in Nepal to honour this historic achievement.

Held annually in Kathmandu every June, the Himalayan Travel Mart is Nepal’s premier international tourism marketplace, offering unmatched opportunities for networking, business development, and knowledge exchange among global travel and hospitality professionals.

Now in its fifth edition, HTM 2025 will welcome an impressive delegation of over 700 participants from more than 30 countries, including over 100 international guests. Attendees will comprise global buyers, travel trade sellers, influencers, bloggers, keynote speakers, media representatives, and tourism professionals from both the public and private sectors.

Under the unifying theme “Nepal: Gateway to the Himalayas”, HTM aims to further position Nepal as a leading year-round travel destination, while fostering value-driven engagement, dialogue, and partnerships among stakeholders. The 2025 edition will place particular emphasis on destination marketing, insightful conference sessions, and high-impact B2B opportunities.
