12 June 2026 – Himalayan Hideaway Resort Pokhara, The Centara Collection, has announced the appointment of Samjhana Prasai as its new Associate Director of Sales.
Bringing more than 13 years of experience in Nepal’s hospitality sector, Prasai joins the resort with an extensive background in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Her appointment is expected to further strengthen the resort’s commercial strategy and support its continued growth in both domestic and international markets.
Prasai began her hospitality career as a Sales Executive at Godawari Village Resort and has since held key sales positions at Summit Hotel, The Everest Hotel, and Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in revenue generation, corporate partnerships, and group business, while building strong relationships across the travel and hospitality industry.
Her experience spans leisure travel as well as meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE), with a proven ability to create tailored experiences for diverse client segments.
Reflecting on her journey in hospitality, Prasai said:
