On April 12th, 2023, Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management in Nepal celebrated the opening of their first French fine dining restaurant, Papillon Rose. The event was graced by His Excellency Mr. Gilles BOURBAO, the French Ambassador to Nepal, who inaugurated the grand opening.
Mr. Samir Thapa, the Executive Chairman, Founder, and Principal of the school, expressed his excitement and pride in opening Papillon Rose. He stated that this marks a significant milestone for the school, as they continue to provide exceptional culinary experiences to their guests. The team of seasoned chefs and hospitality professionals has curated a menu of French cuisine, which showcases the best ingredients and techniques to give diners a true taste of France. This will provide students with yet another experience and learning opportunity to prepare and serve world-class fare while still in school.
