With a deep understanding of  the resort’s vision and operations, Mr. Sharma steps into this role following his tenure as Hotel Manager, where he contributed to strengthening the property’s service standards, operational performance, and guest experience. 

Bringing over 18 years of hospitality experience across Nepal and India, Mr. Sharma has held  leadership positions with internationally renowned hospitality brands including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Starwood. His expertise spans hotel operations, commercial strategy,  revenue optimization, and brand development, with a strong track record of driving business  performance and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. 

In his role as General Manager, Mr. Sharma will continue to lead Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort  Dhulikhel’s journey as one of Nepal’s emerging luxury destinations, focusing on enhancing guest  experiences, nurturing talent, and further strengthening the resort’s position through Dusit’s signature  gracious hospitality.
