The ELITE Awards represent the highest level of recognition within Marriott International, honoring exceptional leaders across Sales, Global Sales, Revenue Strategy, and Marketing. Winners are selected through a rigorous evaluation process based on leadership excellence, outstanding revenue performance, superior guest service, and meaningful community involvement.
With over 12 years of experience in hospitality and brand development, Shahi has been instrumental in enhancing Aloft Kathmandu Thamel’s brand presence. Since joining the property in April 2023, she has spearheaded integrated marketing and public relations initiatives that balance Marriott’s global standards with strong local market relevance. Her achievements include strategic brand positioning, innovative guest engagement campaigns, outlet relaunches, and high-performing digital marketing strategies, contributing to the property’s sustained business growth.
