It's not just the meals, adventure, or even the scenery that make The Last Resort an excellent place to stay. It's the warmth you receive from the local personnels that includes all the staff members of the resort.

The Last Resort is nestled atop a high canyon that is three hours from Kathmandu. The resort is tucked away among the slopes of the hills accompanied by the roaring Bhotekoshi river close by. The stunning resort is perfect for relaxation, taking part in adventurous activities, reclining by the plunge pool, or reading a book, while admiring the natural beauty of the surroundings.

The Last Resort provides you with a trio of adventure activities for you to choose from, if you’re feeling all fired up. It includes bungee jumping, thrilling tandem swing and exhilarating white water rafting. Not only will you leave with priceless memories and stories to tell, it will satiate your hunger for adventure. The experience is very fulfilling. You won’t regret it at all! Along with it, you will also discover the fully-stocked Karma Bar at your disposal, as well as delectable cuisines being offered in an opulent dining room with exquisite stone and wood designs.

In Nepal, The Last Resort was a bungee jumping trailblazer. You will be making your jump from the 166 metre, Swiss designed suspension bridge that has a 4.6 ton loading factor. This bridge is privately owned and also called Naya Pul. Your heart will race just thinking of the 160 metres dive over a tropical valley with the Bhotekoshi river raging below. You have a five second rapid descent after leaping from the aether above the Bhotekoshi.

In addition to bungee jumping, The Last Resort also offers canyon swing and tandem swing, one of the tallest swings in the world that involves a deceleration of 100 m for seven seconds, and provides an incredible inertia experience.

The Last Resort has 20 cosy safari tents and 5 rooms that are surrounded by the shrubs and bamboo shoots. In this way, you are closer to nature. The tents can hold up to 70 guests at once, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing vacation in a natural environment. The resort also has a spacious family area, an outdoor buffet, a bar, a sauna, a fitness centre, and relaxing tanning bed on the lawn. A picnic and BBQ grills are included as the resort’s additional features. The other facilities included are a 24 hour front desk, baggage storage and a safe deposit box.

The sole access point to the hotel is a suspension bridge that offers breathtaking views of the Bhotekoshi river. The Last Resort is the place that allows you to experience both an adrenaline rush and peace of mind. Therefore, if you want to relax and reconnect with nature, this is a must-visit destination.
