Running from July 26 to August 6, 2025, every evening from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, this gastronomic celebration promises an immersion into the rich and aromatic heritage of Awadhi cuisine, known for its slow-cooked techniques and royal indulgence.

At the heart of the festival is Chef Yunus Khan, a revered name in traditional Indian cuisine and a true custodian of the Awadhi legacy. With decades of expertise, Chef Khan brings to life the soul of Lucknow’s regal kitchens, crafting every dish as a tribute to authenticity and refinement.

Guests can savor the slow-cooked mastery of Dum Pukht, an age-old technique where flavors are sealed in with patience and precision.
