Hyatt Regency Kathmandu launches Sichuan Food Festival from August 16 to 25 at The Café within the hotel

Chef Yam Bahadur Chhetri brings the heat to the table with his 13 years of expertise in Chinese cooking for this food promotion event at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu. Soon the diners will get the hot, spicy and numbing taste of Sichuan cuisine.

The Sichuan Food Festival is a 10 days food promotion event happening at The Café, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu’s main restaurant. The Café has a warm and relaxing setting with a mesmerising view of the pool and the surrounding gardens. This ideal family restaurant will be feeling the heat and fiery flavours of Sichuan from August 16 to 25. The Sichuan food will be served in buffet-style dinner. Diners will be able to savour the unique taste of signature dishes like Tomato and Egg Drop Soup, Glass Noodle Chinese Salad, Grilled Chicken with Asparagus in Sriracha Sauce, Wok Tossed Corn with Black Pepper, Crispy Congee Lamb, Butter Chili Garlic Noodles, Stuffed Shitake Mushroom in 5 Spice Sauce, Stir Fried Chinese Green Tofu, Prawn in XO Sauce, Sichuan Chicken, et cetera.

Tantalising sweet delights like Baked Apple Cup, Honey Date Wanton, Banana Cake Roll, Lychee Ginger Cream and Steamed Coconut Custard will be available for dessert. Get some of the most famous and addictive Sichuan dishes at Rs 2,200 plus taxes per person.
