The incessant-rain-triggered floods have obstructed eight different roads across the country. According to the Department of Roads, the Pushpalal Highway, Dumre-Beshishahar-Chame Road, Rapti Highway, among others, were flooded, thereby shutting down traffic movement in these areas' roads. 

Hilepani-Jayaramghat Halesi road section under the Pushpalal Highway in Okhaldhunga, Akkare Bhir under the Khurkot-Ghurmi road section Sindhuli district and Solukhola area, have been obstructed by the flood. 

The road sections leading to Nigalghari, Khotro, and Danakyu along the Dumre-Beshisahar-Chamre in Manang district remain hindered due to flood.  

In Bajhang, Khodpe-Chainpur Road, Dhangadi-Sahajpur-Budar road, and Satbajh-Thaktoli-Darchula-Tinkar road have been blocked since last Tuesday. 

Similarly, in Kalikot, Dhungeshwor-Satkhamba-Dullu-Pipalkot-Khulal-Manma-Naga-Jumla road has been obstructed. 

Of the 12 blocked roads, four were already reopened after clearing off the debris and carrying out necessary maintenance.
