Four more Covid-19 infected persons have died in Banke district on Saturday.

Four more Covid-19 infected persons have died in Banke district on Saturday. The deceased had been admitted in various hospitals in the district. Of the deceased, three are from Banke district and one from Bardiya

Two infected persons—a 20-year-old man of Baijanath Rural Municipality-2 in Banke district and a 27-year-old man of Rajapur Municipality-2 in Bardiya district—have died at Teaching Hospital, Kohalpur while another 40-year-old infected woman of Kohalpur Municipality-11 died at Bheri Hospital, said a resource person at the district Covid-19 crisis management centre, Tej Oli. 

Likewise, a 55-year-old infected man of Khajura Rural Municipality-3 died in isolation at Khajura in course of treatment, he said. With this, the death toll from the virus in Banke district has hit 242.
