Myagdi,

An office of the federal drinking water and sewerage management project has been established in Myagdi district headquarters, Beni. The office will look after its working areas in three districts – Myagdi, Baglung and Mustang

The projects related to drinking water and sewerage management would be implemented in the area having over 1,000 users in hilly districts and 5,000 uses in a mountainous district through the office. 

Project chief Ramudgar Yadav shared that budgetary allocation has been made for the implementation of 27 projects related to drinking water and sewerage management this year. Preparation of detailed project report (DPR) is underway for the construction of greater Ghoptekhola and Piple Bhagawati greater drinking water project in Myagdi. 

The office would also make efforts to complete the projects which were initiated by the then Drinking Water and Sewerage Management Division.
