A young man from the Gauriganga Municipality of Kailali has travelled to all 77 districts of the country to promote the tourist areas of the Far West.
Devraj Padhya of Gauriganga Municipality-4 of Kailali reached Mahendranagar in Kanchanpur on Sunday evening and ended his journey. Padhya, who started his journey from Dadeldhura in the first week of March last year, informed that he started his journey on foot to identify and promote the religious and potential areas of the Far West.
Padhya, who reached all 77 district headquarters in one hundred and 173 days, said that he walked with panners about the religious and tourist areas in all nine districts of the Far West. Many people were interested in distant religious tourist areas during their travels while identifying the potential areas here for personal investment. He preached during the journey from Khaptad, Badimalika, to Godavari Dham.
He said that Padhya, who went on a walking tour, was supported by Rs. 20,000. During the trip, he got help in many places for food and accommodation. Since the Far West is an area with immense potential for tourism, it is necessary to take initiatives for its promotion._Rss
