Soaltee Kathmandu's Kakori restaurant is set to host a 10-day Awadhi Food Festival, starting from March 15th to 24th. The festival will feature special dinner servings every day from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, along with a special lunch on Saturdays from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
Renowned Chef Anirudh brings the flavors of Lucknow's Awadhi cuisine to the table. Known for its rich taste, Awadhi cuisine offers a blend of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights, including kebabs, curries, and biryani. It epitomizes sophistication and luxury, reflecting the refined Nawabi way of life.
Chef Anirudh, an expert with over 23 years of culinary experience, leads Mad Fat Chef Hospitality and has served as a jury member on MasterChef India seasons 6, 7, and 8. He extends a warm invitation to experience the culinary journey at Kakori, promising unforgettable flavors from Awadh.

The festival will showcase a variety of dishes infused with an array of spices and herbs such as cinnamon, cloves, and star anise. The star dish, Biryani, accompanied by rotis and Chicken curry, will tantalize taste buds with the aromatic essence of desi ghee.
