If you are an aficionado of Indian cuisine and enjoy the mouth-watering flavourful spices of India, you’re in for a treat. The Soaltee Kathmandu invites you to their 10-day-long Indian food festival—Indian Flavours—that started on July 15. The food festival is a collaboration between the hotel and CD foundation India.
The festival’s opening was held on July 15 with two chefs from Trident Hyderabad and other fashion designers, traders and merchants along with their Indian partners. This celebration aims to open doors to trade and culture collaborations between the two countries through a culturally nourished assortment of food for Kathmandu foodies and guests to enjoy. The Indian partners for this event are Trident Hyderabad, United Sikhs, Sitaram Bhartia Hospital, Masterstroke Salon and Academy, Architude, DAN International, Air Communications and My Tirth India.
The festival, which opens its doors at 6:30 PM, has a diverse menu with varieties of exotic Rice, Bread, Curry, Confectionary, Pickles, Soup and much more from across Indian cultures—both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The chefs have also brought spices from India itself to create a more authentic experience for the foodies. The festival has an array of aromatic appetisers, delectable desserts and mouth-watering meals for you to choose from to make for a complete authentic Indian dinner.
