Smooth operation of transport of essential service urged

Federation of Truck Transport Entrepreneurs Nepal urged all entrepreneurs to operate transport services without any obstruction.

Issuing a press release on Sunday, the Federation of Truck Transport Entrepreneurs Nepal urged the entrepreneurs to ensure the smooth operation of transport which comes under the most essential service. Federation's General Secretary Rajendra Bikram Baniya pledged the government to extend cooperation in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. The Federation has called for its 65,000 entrepreneurs to ensure smooth supply in this difficult time.

The government on Friday had announced to ban all other services except the most essential ones from Sunday.
