Since the past, the farmers of this place have been in trouble for not getting a market to consume even though the hard-cultivated orange plants bear an abundance of fruits.

Many oranges are produced in Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality's 8 Ward and Sisne Rural Municipality's 7 and 8 of Rukum (East). Orange pocket areas have been designated in these regions. Oranges are in abundance this time of year, but farmers are having trouble selling their produce since there isn't a market for them.

Farmers' goods like oranges and apples go to waste because there is no cold storage facility in the area, causing them to rot. Farmers in the region have a lot of oranges on their fields right now. The oranges cannot be kept in a cold storage facility. They are left in the trees they would rot and become useless in the market.

Since the past, the farmers of this place have been in trouble for not getting a market to consume even though the hard-cultivated orange plants bear an abundance of fruits. In Rukum (East), which has been declared as the only organic district of Lumbini province, juice has been started at the local level to prevent the oranges from going to waste.

Even though the orange bushes grow fruit in an alluring way, the local farmers have had problems in the past since they couldn't find a market for their products. To avoid the oranges from going to waste, juice production has begun locally in Rukum (East), the province of Lumbini's lone organic region.
