In order to promote tourism in the Lumbini region, it has been emphasized that a program should be conducted to extend the stay of tourists. Treasurer Bhattarai emphasized that Nepali tourism businessmen should also be actively involved in creating tour packages for Indian tourists or tourists from India and third countries coming to Nepal by land route. The government policy should be corrected to extend the stay of tourists.
The government should create infrastructure for promoting tourism and the private sector should work together to provide services to tourists. Unless the stay of tourists coming to Lumbini can be extended, there is no point in promoting that millions of tourists have come and millions of tourists have gone.
