Chic and elegant to the core, Presidential Cafe is aptly located in Maharajgunj right opposite the President’s residence. One can enjoy the best breakfast/ brunch with friends and family here. As I went up the stairs, the first thing that caught my eye was the halo light hanging on the ceiling. Once I was seated, I noticed the comfortable seating, huge space, and the ceiling to floor windows that allowed ample light, truly tasteful.
With service that matches the quality of food, guests are encouraged to lounge with a book or even bring along their laptops. The extensive menu caters to all ages, from kids to adults. From vegetarian options, decadent desserts to super smoothies, you have it all. Don’t forget to take a look at their special menu.
Among their favourites was the Chicken Alfredo spaghetti. The first bite of the dish is a dream; creamy alfredo sauce with grilled chicken, sweet corn, garlic parsley, butter and cheese made a magnificent fusion.
The next dish was the Creme Brulee Pancake, a three-layered treat with a dollop of ice-cream to go with it. Glossed in sweet and salty roasted nuts and chocolate spread, the dessert was a burst of flavours. Something you should not miss while you’re visiting.
For people opting for healthier options, the Gourmet Muesli is the way to go. The bowl is a mix of homemade granola, yogurt and seasonal fruits. The crunch of the muesli and the seasonal fruits give you the right energy to start your day. This fibre and protein-rich breakfast and brunch option are sure to win hearts.
