A press conference was organised at Hotel Royal Singi today (September 15) to give a detailed information on the event, 'Vivaha Utsav': a wedding exhibition starting from September 19 to September 20 at Mandala Ballroom and garden area of Hotel Royal Singi from 10 am to 6 pm. This event is organised by Hotel Royal Singi and will be managed by Malta International, an event management company. The ticket price for the exhibition is Rs 999 only, including one beverage and exciting food sampling. The main purpose of this wedding exhibition is to exhibit everything that people need to know while planning a wedding in order to make one’s dream into reality.
The press conference started with the welcome speech by the representative from Malta International, Usha Joshi. She gave a detail information about the exhibitors and the content of the two day exhibition. This wedding exhibition is a one stop shop for everything that is needed while planning a wedding, including 3D Mapping & Designing by Archrapix Pvt. Ltd., Floral Décor by Lily Nursery, Bridal Wear Designer Kaavya and Specialty Cars (rentals). Tshering Wangel Ghale, Managing Director of Hotel Royal Singi; Bijay Suwal, Executive Director of Malta International; Poonam Thapa, Conference & Event Manager and Shreedhar Khanal, Sales & Marketing Manager were the attendees of the press conference along with media representatives.
During the press conference, Bijay Suwal, Executive Director of Malta International said, “During this exhibition, we will showcase the services that we are offering from wedding card printing to wedding photography, covering all the things that is necessary to turn a wedding into a memorable experience to cherish for lifetime.” The visitors can also enjoy the free mehendi offer during the exhibition. “We provide services from vintage car to traditional doli. This exhibition will include each and everything needed for a wedding from bridal makeup, wedding dress, accessories to wedding furniture (sofa or a special type of seating arrangement for bride and groom), waterproof tent for monsoon weddings and customise gifts for bride and groom.”, said Suwal.
While, Tshering Wangel Ghale, Managing Director of Hotel Royal Singi said, “The main purpose behind organising this event is to provide an easy solution to everyone while planning a wedding. Wedding is a very important experience of life but it also requires a lot of time. So, we thought an event like this will be very useful for everyone. This event depicts a dual purpose; for clients, this event will showcase each and everything needed for a wedding at a one stop shop with over 23 various vendors from minor things to major, while for us we can show what services we have and what we can offer during this exhibition.
