Kathmandu Marriott Hotel celebrated International Women’s day this year in a special way. Appreciating the modern woman and the active lifestyle she leads, M Wellness had just the right idea in mind – a refreshing yoga session followed by a healthy breakfast spread.
In-house guests, women from the corporate world, yoga enthusiasts, and even young members joined the Marriott Kathmandu in this celebration. A refreshing beginning ensures a positive and eventful rest of the day, everyone in attendance surely agrees. Devika Rai, the Yoga instructor for the day, made sure all the wonderful women were on their toes.
Soothing music, followed by chants and the numerous yoga asanas helped the group of women work out a sweat early in the morning. Animated, spiritual, dynamic, and relaxing at the same time, the wonderful session ended with quiet wakefulness that was calming almost meditative.
The group was seen taking photos and mingling after some much-needed downtime. The Namche Square was definitely abuzz. Making their way to M Bistro, the ladies were in for a delight. From diced fruits, multi-grain cereal, a variety of salads and sandwiches for every palate to banana bread, mini muffins, and more.
It is often said that an active morning and a revitalizing drink go hand in hand; the hotel made sure everyone had their favourite drinks at the table. A wonderful spread of healthy bites and a healing yoga meet-up, the perfect pairing to celebrate International Women’s day 2022.
