Soaltee Kathmandu welcomes Christmas with the annual cake-mixing
Soaltee Kathmandu’s November 15 cake-mixing ceremony seemed to be the ideal prelude to the upcoming Christmas celebrations, providing a good combination of flavour and happiness. The guests helped make a hearty mixture of nuts and dry fruits for plum cakes with spirits.
The aprons, gloves, and caps were distributed to the guests before the cake mixing began. Following this, the hotel’s employees, guests, and chefs gathered to combine the ingredients. The process started with pouring the spirits over the fruits and nuts in a big container. Once they were thoroughly covered in the spirit, the mixture was turned and tossed once more.
The list of guests for the cake-mixing ceremony includes corporate leaders, spouses of the ambassadors from embassies, and Princess Kritika Rajya Lakshmi Devi Shah. Vijay Nanmaran, the General Manager, and Angi Mitra, the Executive Chef of the hotel oversaw the event.
The event was greatly enhanced by the Christmas atmosphere and live music. The culinary masters of the hotel then served up a delectable spread to celebrate the festivities with the ideal amount of holiday cheer.
