A subsidiary of Fern Residency, Platinum Beacon Hotel opens in Kuleshwor

Situated in the heart of Kuleshwor, Fern Residency has opened a new subsidiary - Platinum Beacon Hotel. Fern Residency, known for its eco-friendly hospitality initiatives introduces Platinum Beacon Hotel, also following into the footsteps of its parent firm.

This hospitality chain may strike you as an ordinary hotel but in its normalcy lies the beauty of it. Spanned over seven floors, the hotel walls scream seriousness and is perhaps the perfect spot to seal business deals. A mid-scale hotel, the top two floors have banquet halls, Himalayan and Sky Lounge, where in presentations, conferences, meetings, conventions, weddings, exhibitions and birthday parties can be smoothly carried out.

A total of 16 rooms are present in the hotel. These rooms too are of different types- Superior, Deluxe and Executive. The Deluxe rooms come with a living area and the Executive rooms have an extra bedroom too. All rooms have various facilities like Wi-Fi, Satellite TV connection, Eco-friendly room lighting and many more!

Petals Restaurant, situated in the first floor of the building, is airy well-lit and hosts multiple cuisines - Indian, Asian and International spreads along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The food too is impeccable and leaves a lasting impression on all.

The Tuna Salad is a wholesome appetiser with just the right amount of crispiness to it. Neither too bland nor too spicy, just how a salad should be. Made with quail eggs, feta cheese, cucumber dressing and cocktail sauce, the meal is as good as its presentation. Stuffed chicken is a great choice for the main course, the tangy taste of which is unique and seem to tantalise taste buds. For vegetarians too various options are present. Paneer Tikka, a vegetarian starter, does perfect justice to its name with carefully curated spices and a playful taste. A boiling bowl of Dal Makhani and soft Naan is perfect food post business deals. Unwinding at Petals Restaurant with its scrumptious meals is what is needed after a day of business.

"In the Kuleshwor area, this is the first spacious business hotel thus making things convenient for our guests. We want to deliver value for money to all our esteemed customers," said Sanjay Jamwal, General Manager of Fern Residency and Platinum Beacon Hotel Kathmandu.

Being the fourteenth Beacon Hotel in total and the first in Nepal, this hotel follows into the footsteps of its 13 predecessors all of which are situated in India. The SOPs and policies of all Beacons are similar although they vary on size and structure. An upcoming business hotel, it serves as the perfect spot for all organisations to carry out meetings. What more, tourist destinations like Swayambhu and Patan Durbar Square are all within five km of the hotel, making it feasible for all guests to roam Kathmandu and not limit their stay to official purposes.
