An eclectic spread of Pan Asian delicacies at Bao Xuan is bound to take you on a gastronomical journey through Asia
Celebrating the Chinese New Year’s Eve today, Soaltee Crowne Plaza begins their Pan Asian Food Promotion at Bao Xuan. Among others, their popular Chinese outlet has its own authentic ambience. From soft tunes serenading guests, mouth-watering delights to the top-notch service, Bao Xuan – Flavours of China stands among the finest.
Running from February 5-15, the promotion brings together tantalising tastes of the Oriental cuisine, courtesy Master Chef Dan and his culinary team. Catering international guests and local residents, the festival spans a diverse range of Pan Asian offerings.
Make your way through the immaculate entrance of Bao Xuan and find yourself transported to another dimension where food and art take centre stage. Stirring authentic spices and revelry into the mix, make sure you venture into their carefully curated menu.
Starters such as the Yakitori Karaage, a staple bite-sized mirin and miso-marinated crumbled crispy fried chicken dish, is bound to have you asking for more. Similarly, Thai Corn Fritters and Sweet Chilli dip is a crunchy starter Thai Corn Fritter sweetened to perfection. Other favourites are the Ebi Tempura, Char Siu Bao, Popia Thot – Thai Vegetable spring roll and Asian Chicken Soup.
The Main course brings forth a sort of euphoria, rising in anticipation, as it is laid out on the table. The Mandarin style steamed fish is a delicacy topped with soya, scallion, and ginger sauce prepared to excite even the harshest of food critics.
Among other specials, the Pad Thai Kung and Tofu Shitake Miso Golden Curry have the subtle flavours and presentation worthy of an insta shot. Korean Black Bean Noodle, Pan Fried Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce and Smokey Barbeque Pork Ribs are a few other recommendations sure to have you asking for more.
