The 5th edition of the Himalayan Travel Mart, set for June 3–5 in Kathmandu, will bring together over 700 tourism professionals from more than 30 countries to celebrate Nepal’s tourism achievements and foster global partnerships under the theme 'Nepal: Gateway to the Himalayas'.

Marking the Chapter’s 50th anniversary and the 75th ascent of Mt. Annapurna, HTM 2025 will unite global tourism professionals for high-impact networking, conferences, and B2B opportunities.

The 6th Himalayan Travel Mart (HTM 2026) by PATA Nepal Chapter commenced on 1 June at The Plaza, Pulchowk, bringing together tourism stakeholders from over 27 countries for four days of discussions, networking, and collaboration focused on the future of travel and tourism.
Hon. Khadak Raj Paudel, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, joined Day 3 of Himalayan Travel Mart 2026 as the event entered its B2B phase. The day commenced with Mr. Andrew Jones, Chair of PATA Foundation cutting the ribbon marking the start of business sessions, bringing together Nepal’s tourism and hospitality stakeholders with international buyers and delegates from 27 countries to strengthen partnerships and create new opportunities for the country's tourism sector.
The 6th Himalayan Travel Mart (HTM 2026), organised by PATA Nepal Chapter, concluded its formal sessions on 4 June after four days of networking, discussions, and B2B engagements involving tourism stakeholders from over 27 countries. The event reinforced Nepal’s position as a leading tourism destination and global travel trade hub, with a closing celebration scheduled for the evening at Club NOVA, Thamel.
