Mt. Everest has witnessed two more successful summits this spring. Pasang Temba Sherpa from Nepal and Naila Kaini from Pakistan, facilitated by Imagine Nepal Trek and Expedition Company, reached the top of the world's tallest peak at 8:02 a.m. today. Their climb came just a day after the rope-fixing team completed their work along the climbing route.

Kaini's achievement also made her the first international climber to reach the summit of Mt. Everest in 2023. Many climbers have made it to the Hillary Step, while others are currently in the South Col area, with many more expected to summit by this evening. This year's expedition season began on Saturday, and the Department of Tourism has issued permits to 44 teams comprising 467 climbers for mountain climbing this spring._Rss
