Sesame, the esteemed restaurant at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, recently wrapped up its highly successful Street Food Festival, which took place from August 14th to August 23rd. The ten-day culinary event, hosted each evening from 6 PM to 10 PM, provided guests with an immersive experience of street food from different regions of Nepal and India, all within the elegant setting of the hotel.

The festival featured an exclusive selection of street food delicacies, highlighting the rich and diverse flavors of Nepalese and Indian cuisine. Attendees savored a variety of popular street food items, including:
Chaat, Pao Bhaji, Wada Pao,
Jhal Moori, Momo, Bara, Cholle Tawa Kulcha,

Rolls, Paniyaram, Jalebi, Malpua, Chai
These dishes were part of a carefully curated buffet that successfully captured the essence of traditional street food, enhanced by Sesame’s signature style.
