New mother dies in Doti

A 29-year-old woman died in Soojung Hospital in Rajpur, Dipayal today, two days after giving birth to a child through C-section

Doti, in the Sudurpaschim State, has reported the death of a new mother in the Soojung Hospital based in Rajpur of Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality-4. Area Police Office, Dipayal's Chief Ramesh Shahi confirmed the death of 29-year-old Naru Karki of Bayal from KI Singh Rural Municipality-4.

The cause of the death is yet to be ascertained. The woman was admitted to the hospital three days ago after she complained of labour pain. She gave birth to a child through C-section and died this morning, two days after delivery. The health condition of the new born is said to be normal.
