Nepal Airlines’ wide-body (A330) aircraft left for Guangzhou, China to bring necessary medical equipment at 11:30 am today.
Tribhuvan International Airport, General Manager Devendra KC, shared that the chartered plane would bring the medical equipment as ordered by the Ministry of Health and Population to fight against the possible outbreak of COVID-19. The aircraft is scheduled to return to Kathmandu by tonight.
Similarly, another wide-body aircraft of NA which had left yesterday for Australia carrying Australians and Newlands citizens would return to Kathmandu today.
