Taking into account the situation where the devotees who reach Niladri mountain may suffer from hypoxia (lack of oxygen), the Himalayan Rescue Association has prepared a medical team with medicines. Gosaikunda Fair will be held from the 7th to the 14th of Bhadra. Gosaikunda is at an altitude of 14,100 feet.

Six doctors have been kept ready with oxygen to provide treatment services to the devotees. Treatment services will be provided under the leadership and direct supervision of health assistant Prakash Khatri of the organization. The team consists of Dr. Nisant Joshi, Dr. Pashupati Pokharel, Dr. Sriyasi Karki, Dr. Ayuska Pant, Dr. Krishna Kandel, and Health Technician Sachet Subedi. The association has been providing various services in Gosainkunda in cooperation with the Gosaikunda Area Development Committee, District Administration Office, District Health Office, and District Hospital Rasuwa in the Kunda region for two decades.

Various sub-committees have also been formed to arrange the necessary arrangements for the Gosaikunda Mela. According to Sanjeev DM, Chairman of the Gosaikunda Area Development Committee, the organization is working for the necessary service facilities for passengers with the aim of providing services to more than 15,000 devotees in Gosaikunda.
