BUDHANILKANTHA, KATHMANDU- April 11, 2025: Lemon Tree Premier Budhanilkantha celebrated its first anniversary with a grand event on Friday, April 11, 2025. The celebration featured a vibrant cultural evening attended by valued partners, guests, and well-wishers.
The location of Lemon Tree Premier made it an ideal spot for witnessing the sunset. As the sun set, radiating its golden aura, the event began on a divine note. Guests were warmly welcomed with bouquets and flowers by individuals dressed in traditional attire, including Newari and Sherpa outfits. This harmonious blend of diverse cultural representations added a unique charm to the evening. The theme of the event drew inspiration from the nearby holy site of Budhanilkantha, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere.

The event hall featured a prominent logo at the stage that symbolized coexistence among Nepal’s diverse cultures. It incorporated representations of Kumari, Lakhe, and aarati rituals. During the initial part of the program, lights were dimmed to create a mystical atmosphere as dancers performed an elegant holy dance carrying lamps to the hymn Om Jai Jagdish Hare. The graceful movements of the dancers reflected flexibility and harmony within the program.

The celebration began with welcoming remarks by the General Manager, who briefly shared Lemon Tree Premier’s success story over its first year. He quoted Robert Frost’s impactful words: “I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep,” reflecting on the journey of perseverance through ups and downs. A musical performance featuring a fusion of instruments such as guitar, flute, madal, and sarangi beautifully resonated with the event's theme. Guests graced the occasion in cultural attire perfectly complementing the program's essence. The evening was marked by lively discussions among attendees, including high dignitaries and professionals from various travel agencies and hotels.
