Taking place from March 13th to 23rd, 2025, this gastronomic celebration will showcase the rich and authentic flavors of Punjab.
With over 25 years of expertise, Chef Sweety Singh is celebrated for his commitment to preserving traditional Punjabi cuisine. His mastery of spices and time-honored cooking techniques will transport diners straight to the heart of Punjab. The festival’s specially curated menu will feature classic favorites such as Amritsari Tandoori Kebabs, Sarson Da Saag & Makki Di Roti, Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani, Pindi Chole, and indulgent desserts like Phirni and Gajar Ka Halwa.

Grand Opening & Press Meet (March 12th, 2025) – A cocktail dinner at the Presidential Suite with an exclusive interaction with General Manager Michel Koopman and Chef Sweety Singh.
Biggest Holi Celebration (March 13th, 2025) – A vibrant festival experience featuring festive Punjabi cuisine.
Buffet Lunch (March 14th-16th, 2025) – Available from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM (Friday-Sunday).
